H&T RV rentals

  • H&T MOTORHOME R.V. Rental Terms & Conditions

-ALL units are non-smoking and pet free.


BOOKING & DAMAGE DEPOSIT

  • ALL booking is done by telephone or at the office.
  • A $800.00 booking/damage deposit is required to reserve a unit and payment can be made by: certified check-email transfer
  • or Cash. (The $800.00 booking deposit is subtracted from the rental total at departure time).
  • An $800.00 damage deposit is required at departure time and can be paid either by certified cheque, E transfer,
  • cash, or Interact. (This $800.00 will be reimbursed when the unit is brought back in good, clean condition.
  • Booking dates CANNOT be changed at departure time (if you have booked for 5 days, you will be charged for 5 days). Also, if you would like extra days, phone ahead as soon as possible and H&T MOTORHOME RV RENTALS will do its best to accommodate your needs.
  • Sorry no smoking in units $250.00 will hold from damage deposit if smoked.
  • Storing items on the units top not permitted.

CANCELATIONS


Our business is built on firm booking therefore the $400.00 booking deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of departure. If you cancel

over 30 days before departure, a cancelation fee of $75.00 will apply.


DEPARTURE PICK-UPS


ALL pick-ups MUST be made Monday – Saturday, H&T MOTORHOME RV RENTALS does its best to be very flexible in order to accommodate your, pic up needs. You must call the day before pick-up to arrange a pick-up time in order to ensure no wait time at H&T yard.


DROP-OFFS


Drop-offs can be done at H&T MOTORHOME RV RENTALS yard at any time before 6:00pm on return date, just call ahead and let the H&T MOTORHOME RV RENTALS rep know when drop-off will be made (phones are answered 24hrs a day during July and August. If no answer, leave a detailed message and a H&T MOTORHOME RV RENTALS Rep will return your call at their earliest convenience).

(Any late returns will be charged for the rental fees lost due to late returns).


TOW VEHICLE


Tow vehicles MUST be equipped to tow 5500 lbs for our smallest units and 7500 lbs for our largest units.

Tow vehicle MUST be equipped with a “factory approved” hitch with appropriate tow rating.

Tow vehicles MUST have proper 7-pin plug and electronic brake control.

(H&T MOTORHOME RV RENTALS will supply 2-5/16 inch ball hitch with stabilizer bars if necessary.)


CLEANING SERVICE AVAILABLE

  • If the renter chooses to have H&T MOTORHOME RV RENTALS do the cleaning, additional charges may be issued including:
  • $45.00 to clean the inside.
  • $45.00 to clean the outside.
  • $75.00 to dump the sewage.
  • $50.00 to fill up propane.


EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE


$ 50.00 Kitchen Kit includes plastic plates,cups ,utilities ,toaster, cattle, coffee maker, knives, pots, skillets, citing board, tee towels and dish cloth.

$ 75.00 Linen package includes complete bedding and towels per booking.

$ 35.00 Portable BBQ with 1 1lb propane tank $10.00 for additional tank.
